Would like to add helper text to the description field per type of request

Hi, 

I am trying to create a request type but wanted to add helper text to the description field of each request type. can you please help me with how it's done?

Hi @Vruti Thakkar , welcome to the community.

When you create request types you can edit much of the information. If you go to project settings - request types and click on one of your existing request types the select request form you should see something like below.

@Vruti Thakkar the new Forms in JSM feature (previously the ProForma marketplace app) is rolling out to all customers in January 2022. This will allow you to build a form with essentially all of the capabilities of a Confluence page. You will be able to add descriptions to each field as @Jack Brickey suggested, but also you can add text or hints next to each field either via a table or column layout.
