Hi @Ильин Егор Егорович

Can I confirm...

  • For the Queries > My Queries menu, is this one of your JSM Queues in Agent view?
  • Is Query Creation Date just the created date of the ticket?

If this is the case - you can do this as a Project Admin...

  1. Go to the relevant Queue in your Agent view
  2. In the top-right corner, select Options > Edit Queue
  3. Add the relevant field - Created - into the Columns section.
  4. Once added, click/hold to drag Created into the right location in the column order
  5. Press Save

If this isn't what you mean - let us know some more specifics so we can investigate further :)

Edit: Noticed this is Server - I provided instructions for Cloud. Instructions should be relatively similar though according to this help page.

Ste

Hi @Ильин Егор Егорович

So this is the menu the customer is seeing if they go to Requests > Created by me?

These instructions should help for Server/Data Center :)

Hi @Ильин Егор Егорович

Looks like this was released in 4.21.x - see the release notes

You'll need to upgrade your Jira Service Management product to use these settings.
