I would like to make a change in Team Managed Project.
Currently, when we respond to customer automation changes ticket status and this is correct.
The only thing that I am trying to change is the name displayed in ticket's history.
Status change seems to be automated but in ticket history it keeps displaying my name. It doesn't look good because people may think that I have changed ticket status. I would like to change name displayed to Jira Automation.
Any ideas how do I do that please?
Where is it controlled?

In the automation rule details page, there should be an "Actor" field. There you can change it to "Automation for Jira"
