I'm trying to find a way that ask the customer a explanation when a issue is created in critical or high priority.
For example:
If the customer choice a Critical or high priority, appear a box asking how the issue can interfer in the enterprise
If the customer choice a Medium or Low priority, the box don't appears asking.

You would need an add-on for that. Take a look at Extension for Jira Service Desk.

I'm trying to use a text field but the option "Condition" is disabled, saying that this field cannot accept any conditions.
I created this field and inserted in my issue type.

I discovered the trouble, i have to add another dynamic field to make the union with the field that i'd like to appears in screen.
For example: If i want to appears the fild "Priority Reason", i have to add the field "Priority" like a dynamic field too.
