Hi all,
I'm using the JIRA Service Desk Cloud and I would like to alter the order of the activities as displayed within a ticket on the customer portal.
Currently, my order shows from oldest activity (at the top) to newest (at the bottom above the comments field) and I would like to flip the display so the newest activity is at the top of the page.
Has this changed recently, I see the below community post and JIRA ticket which seems to indicate that the activity was once the reverse of my format?
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

The feature mentioned on the community post you added here is related to Jira Server where the portal is different.
On Jira Cloud, it was the same thing, comments were shown from newest to oldest for a long time and it changed recently showing the comment box on the bottom of the page along with the newest comments.
Currently, it’s not possible to change the order of the activities in the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
