When a "Project & Software Development Request" type request is created, the "Company Name" field will be automatically set in the background, "X" if the person who opened the request is Test User 2, and "Y" if Test User 5 is.

Go to your project settings --> Automation --> Click "Create Rule"
Select options as below
Create a trigger == Issue Created --> Click Save
Add Component == IF: Add a condition -->select "User Condition"
User: Reporter
Criteria: Select the required user from list or type the name to get the list
Again Add component == Then: Add an Action --> Edit Issue --> Select "Company Name" in the fields list and select the required values --> Click Save
Then again on the left side, click Add Component and repeat above steps (from first 'Add Component') for next user and values.
Your rule should look like this
Don't forget to give a name to the rule and Turn it ON
