help text field on portal jira servicedesk

Hi all

I want to make a field with a hint on my portal, as implemented on support.atlassian.com

How can this be implemented? What is the type of field or need to install some additional addon?

There is a feature in ServiceDesk projects, where you will be able to write an optional/hint text for each field that you are using in the portal.

Hi, @[deleted] thanks for the response. This functionality is not suitable, because I have a lot of text. are there any other options? :)
