Recently (today?) the Jira SM cloud has started to hide my open queues when I select a ticket from a queue. When I click on a ticket in the queue I'm looking at, the left nav goes "back to project" and only has the "Queues" header highlighted. This is lousy from a usability standpoint, it means I have to re-select my queue each time I'm done with a ticket.
Is this a new "feature"? If so, can I disable it/revert to the old behavior somehow?
Hi,
There was a bug in which this left navigation menu was not behaving as intended. There is a bug ticket over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-15815 where we tracked this. The issue appears to have been resolved already with an update that was rolled out at the end of last week.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Andy
Looks like this was fixed on Friday. Can anyone confirm?

Welcome to the community, just to understand is this area in red what's being hidden when you're selecting a ticket?

We are experiencing this behavior in our site as well. We just started noticing this today too. If we select a queue from that side panel (in red above), click on an issue from the list of issues that appear, it opens the issue, but then reverts that side panel to the main project page (like below). Previously, it would have left the sidepanel with the queues listed.

Yes, it's that area in the left nav. It goes "Back to project" any time we click on a ticket.
