HI,
I want to create a Employee object from customer portal. I show most of the field on customer portal but i have a attribute with select option and in select option i have some predefine option Regular and non Regular. My question is how to allow reporter to select one of the option Regular or non Regular in custom field or should i create custom select field and then copy value from custom field to attribute on assets.
Thank you in adnvance
Hi @DritonS,
You can create an Asset field under custom fields, then configure it using the Asset Scheme and show the attributes on the field. After that, you can use it on the request type or in the form.

So the configuration is not correct.
Filter Scope (AQL): objectType = Employees
Display and search across these attributes in the custom field: Employee Type
And then save it and test.
