i have created Service Request, in the SR we have Summary field (by default it's mandatroy in Global level). So I have make hidden and provided some dummy text. in same SR we have antoher custom field. I want to capture customer field information into Summary in issue.
how it's possible ?

You can create an automation rule based on an Issue Created trigger.
Then add an action for Edit Issue.
In the Summary field use: {{issue.Custom Field}} where Custom Field is the exact name of your custom field, including case.
