Hi @Aykan Inal ,
The time what you see is the time zone set in your profile. You need to edit it. Once you edit, it will show you the correct time.
To Change your timezone, go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences?ref=jira&src=personalsettings.
Hi @Aykan Inal
Usually, if your timezone is incorrect, this will mean your Created Dates are also incorrect
This'll be down to one of two reasons:
See below how to fix these.
---
(1) Default Instance Timezone
To check/change the default timezone in your Jira instance, you'll need to be a Jira Admin and then...
Just remember that if you have users globally, this is the default time zone - so choose a timezone which the majority of users operate in!
---
(2) Personal Settings
To change your personal timezone settings...
---
Let us know if either of these help resolve your issue!

Hello @Ste Wright , is it possible to disable the personal settings of the timezone? It usually creates issues for us when a team member would share screenshots and the timestamps they're seeing is not following the global instance. Thank you.

One of our users is seeing only GMT as the option in the dropdown when they edit their preference. What must be causing this?
