how to customize workflows

Hi ,

I am trying to customize incident workflow and I am getting below error

You dont have permission to export the workflow. Contact your site admin to export the workflow for you.

Why is it so ?

Can any one help me  ?

Hi @Hema Kalbagilmath 

If you are the site admin and you get this error then I suggest:

1. cloning the said workflow,
2. Make your changes
3. Associate the new workflow with the issue type.

If you are not then you may need to reach out to the site administrator and should the issue persist even with the suggestion then let us know.
