Hi
Users who open a ticket receive an email from the email address myname@mydomain.atlassian.net.
Is it possible to go to the email address myname@mydomain.com?
how to?

you can change this setting per project basis. Please take a look to the following how-to article https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/send-notification-emails-from-your-own-domain-in-next-gen/

  1. From your service project, go to Project settings () > Notifications > Notification email.

  2. Select Edit next to the email address.

  3. From the Email drop-down, choose a custom email address, or use the default Jira cloud email.

  4. Alternatively, you may customise the email prefix if you choose to use the default Jira cloud email address.

  5. Select Save.
