How can I schedule in jira tickets to a users Outlook 365 calendar?
I want to manage time and ticket effectiveness a little more and would want to define timeslots during a day to have jira users working on specific tickets.
Maybe an integration can achieve this?
Looking for other peoples solutions for this type of feature
Hi @Phillip C ,
Thanks for asking. I'm Patrick, partner manager at yasoon.
We offer a solution which might cover your use case. Our Microsoft 365 for Jira app provides the possibility to schedule meetings within Jira tickets/ issues: Meetings: Availabilities & Meetings (yasoon.com)
We are currently working on an automation feature that will allow you to automate this process. For instance, you could then schedule time slots every time service agents assign themselves to a ticket.
Please note, I work for yasoon, the company developing Microsoft 365 for Jira and I'm a big fan of the functionalities :)
Let me know, if you have any further questions.
All the best,
Patrick
Hi Patrick, I have the same need.
I do not want to schedule meeting. I want to add appointments into the agents' calendars so they can organise time to work on tickets. And preferably, I want to use their Microsoft 365 calendar, not create new ones.
Does Microsoft 365 for Jira app provide that feature?
Thanks

Hi @Systems Automation
This should be possible with our Microsoft 365 for Jira app.
I would be happy to showcase you our app in a meeting and discuss your use case in detail. Feel free do book a meeting via this link: Book time with Patrick Schuessler (yasoon): Meet Microsoft 365 for Jira
Happy Friday and all the best,
Patrick
