Hi, so my company doesn't allow anyone to create issue, because of that, if you send an e-mail creating one, you don't receive any confirmation saying that your e-mail wasn't accept because you don't belong to any of our customers e-mails, the e-mail is just erased because of an rule, but this rule was supposed to send an e-mail and then delete your created issue.
Don't know if someone understood, but if someone have a answer for that please help me. Thank you very much.
If your service project access isn't set to Anyone on the web Jira will ignore any emails received from non-customers (and therefore the rule to email and delete will never run).
So I have seen this option Anyone on the web, I no longer know hot to get to it, you know here to find it?

I am not understanding your ask because are you saying that the JSM issue is not even created based on email submission? As you also mentioned that the email itself is erased due to an rule? Where is this rule configured at?
Lastly, why you want to delete the issue if it was created from an email submission.
Please provide a bit more information, so we can assist further.

Hi, sorry for that
So first, our company have an Client option at the creation of an issue, and there is a bunch of companies and a lot of client e-mails registered there so we can identify then. But we want to delete non client issues, like someone that aren't in any organization, and before delete the issue in question, an e-mail have to be sent, just like an confirmation.
Was I able to make it clear? Sorry for the confusion, my native language isn't English. thanks for any help that you can provide.
