Creating a new Service Desk for a small department and they would like new tickets to create a page in a certain section within confluence. Is this possible?
Should also mention we are using the cloud version.

On Service Desk Cloud, it’s possible to create pages directly from the ticket. The page will be linked to the ticket and on the page, it will show just a link for the ticket, the content of the ticket will not be copied to the page.
Note that, this option is only available for classic projects using the old view.
If that’s not the case, please let us know more details about your use case for us to check if there is a workaround.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I will advise the users to use that button. I have created a new template and was wondering if you could help me add it to the drop down within the "create an article" button.

Currently only How-to and Troubleshooting are available and it's not possible to add more templates.
