Hi Community
for example i have 3 request type in my portal :
- request Laptop
- request material
- request access
I want to make it easy for customers if they need to request laptop and access in the same time without submitting 2 different request
like at the end of the laptop request, I'll have option to request access and material
hope I was clear in my explanation.
Hi @Aymane jilali
As far as I know, it is not possible to have requests within requests using native functionality. However, this article about Smart Forms for Jira might help you, as it offers the capability to do this with an add-on. With Smart Forms for Jira, you can use the embedding element to embed one form inside another and set conditional logic to show or hide additional forms based on user responses.
Hi @Aymane jilali,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It is not possible in the request form, but you could use Forms and make a conditional section for each request. The first question on the form would be what the request is about, and then if the user picks laptop and access both of those sections would be displayed. You can learn more about forms here.
