limit view ticket queues?

Create a work queue where an agent is in charge of deriving the tickets, it is possible that the technician only has a view of the queue where he is assigned, for example see only the "Security" queuecolas de ticket.png

Hey @Marcelo Caceres ,

There is no feature to limit the visibility of queues. 

You can limit the tickets that a user can see (using issue level security) but any queue in a project is visible to all agents of that project.
