My org works with an outside agency for software development. They have a JIRA project for all items we request.
I'd like to set up an internal service mgmt project to gather and track all service requests from our internal team, and use automation rules to have a subset of those requests automatically create a cloned issue in our developer's JIRA project, and keep all comments, status updates, and attachments synchronized between the issues in both projects.
Is there a better way to go about this?
I attempted to set up automation rules to test this setup, but cannot figure out how clone to the 3rd party project.
With my current login i have access to the 3rd party project already.
Thanks!

With our app Deep Clone for Jira you can bulk clone issues between Jira cloud instances.
Unfortunately, synchronize comments, status updates, and attachments is not possible at the moment with Deep Clone.
But there are other apps in the Atlassian Marketplace which are able to do that.
Would be much more interested in using native atlassian functionality, as opposed to marketplace apps.
