does it notify the customers when adding them to a project ?

because i have created a new project and im testing a few things, but i want to add the people in my organization without them getting notified. that project that i have created is only for testing purposes.

As long as you don't enable the notification "Organizations Added" then there won't be any notifications to people in the organization.

Hi @ahmed.i 

Adding users to an organisation should not notify them they are added to the organisation.

They would however be notified if the organisation is added to an issue and an event (issue created, issue public comment, e.t.c) occurs on the issue.
