registry for jira service management

Hello, I am looking for a registry to add to JIra Service Managent.

I need to manage supplier's registry (name, contact, and so on)

We have a very simple CRM for Jira called Crumbs which might be worth checking out too! It enables you to capture information about your customer organisations, and then display it in context in Jira issues (JSM or JSW).

in my opinion, the best way to do that is through Insight Management (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/product-guide/tips-and-tricks/insight-cloud-get-started#1-access-insight).

You could create your own table and use attributes through an Insight custom field in your project.
