show sharing with and responsible in the portal

Hello community.

 I have 2 questions that I would like to answer.

  1.  How can I give permissions to clients so that they can add people shared with in the portal? I attached an example image.
  1. How can I do so that the client can be shown in the portal who is responsible for the request? I currently have no way of notifying the client who is serving the request.

Thank you

@Danilo Antonio Araujo Lopez -

Here are what you need to do -

1) For your JSM project, go to Project settings and enable "Customer sharing" configuration -

2) The only way that you can display your JSM issue's assignee for your customers is by configure the Main Portal UI - Click on the "Customize" sidebar and check the "Assignee" box.  Once the change is saved, then when customers click on his/her Requests button (located upper right of the portal), then it will list all the issues that he/she requested with the issue assignee column enabled.  The issue assignee will be displayed once the issue is assigned. When customers access the individual issue directly, unfortunately they will not see the assignee (it is default by design).

Hope this helps.
