I received this email from Atlassians but I have not ideal what is the behind reason on sold-to pricing eligibility. What changes from it ? Is there anyone have any ideal on this ?

At Oct 24, 2022 03:56 am UTC, your sold-to pricing eligibility was changed.
To centrally manage all your accounts, visit admin.atlassian.com"

Something in your eligibility has changed. Would recommend going to admin.atlassian.com to see your billing info to identify what exactly has change. Also, would reach out to Atlassian support to get further details if nothing is obvious when going into your account.

I go to the billing pages but I have no ideal what has been changed. I do not see any logs or detail explanation from that page. Do you have that ? Can you please share with me ?
One more thing, What is the list of eligibility that Atlassian is applying at the moment ?
