subtasks are not created if i add product categorization value

i have create a automation for that but it was  not working ( subtasks are not created if i add product categorization value ) 

CONDITION : The Additional Fields section is completed for product categorization

Please anyone let me know the solution for this

The JSON looks ok, for reference, here can you find the JSON formats of different field types.

The only thing I can think of, is that you made a typo in the child value.

yes i have type the child value

😀 not type > Typo =an error (as of spelling) in the typed value of

Which might be a capital letter or a space at the end of your child value or a double space, etc.

Not only 8x8 contact center whatever value i have enter in child value same errors are happens
