what are the reasons?

Hi,

We have integrated Confluence with ServiceManagement. Through self-service (ServiceManagement) we view confluence pages. When we view the confluence page with Macro for Assets, we get an error "Error loading the extension!"

Not all users get the error. Only users who do not have a confluence license.

Hi Irmantas,

Are you referring to the Insight Assets Macro?

Is the Assets Macro working properly on other pages?

Just by chance, have you made sure that none of your SSL Certificates have expired?

Best regards,

Markus

Yes - Insight Assets macro.
SSL is fine.
Not all users get the error. Only users who do not have a confluence license.

Then I would look at the permissions of the space and page to make sure it is open to non-logged in users and/or have a look at the global permissions of insight in jira and the object schema permission settings.

Here are some insight docs (for server but still applicable):

Best regards,

Markus
