I am trying to create a read only access to one project for everyone with a certain domain. So far I have not been able to find a soloution.

Are there anyone who have tried, and succeeded at a similar solution? If so, how did you do it?

Hi @Marius Femsteinevik

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Access to a project is configured in the Project Permission Scheme. The user will need to have at least Browse Issue permission to be able to view issues created in the project.

I believe, what you mean by "domain" is the user email domain. At the moment, it is not possible to configure the project permission by a certain email domain address. Currently, you can only configure Project Permission Scheme by the following option:

  • Project Role
  • Application access
  • Group
  • Public
  • Any logged in user
  • Service Project Customer - Portal Access
  • Reporter
  • Single user
  • Project lead
  • Current assignee
  • User custom field value
  • Group custom field value

I hope the above answer helps!

Regards,

Marini
