Recomendations for a chatbox that we can intergate with our AI for customer support

Currently we are looking for a chatbox that can integrate with our in house AI and would like to know if there are any app recommendations. We need integration with Slack and our JSM portal.

Have you checked out the Jira Service Management virtual agent? It's natively integrated with with Slack and the JSM portal. In regards to integrating with your in house AI you may be able to accomplish that with intents / Jira automation / webhooks. With Rovo being released and included soon that should open up a lot of opportunities and it would be good to be utilizing the agent that's already part of the Atlassian ecosystem.
