Regarding OKTA to JIra integration

OKTA is web portal provides services of SSO, Life cycle Management, Universal Directory etc. The company uses OKTA and wants to do integration from Jira to OKTA. Would you please shed some light on my query?

1. Is it possible to integrate Jira to OKTA?
2. Which protocol is supported for integration? (I.e. SAML, SWA, SCIM etc.)?
3. Which Jira plan supports integration? Please share plan and pricing details.
4. Is this integration is chargeable or free?
5. Where can I get help for integration?

2. SAML
3. Your Jira plan doesn't matter, but you need to purchase Atlassian Access for your organization. Infromation about pricing is here.
4. In general you are paying for each uniquer user, who uses the Atlassian products. See info about the pricing.
