I see on every request in jira option for Reminders, it leads me to: My reminders for jira app, which is unsupported app and I am not sure how good it is. Do you have any experience with it or can you advice so good tool for setting various reminders on a jira project?

My Reminders works although it is unsupported. It has been available for a very long time. It provides basic reminder features. If you need more advanced solution, I recommend our app, "Issue Reminders". It provides more advanced reminder controls, ability to send reminders to other users and Slack channels.
