Good Afternoon.

i have a problem and i needed some help, i'm creating an automation where when an incident enters the "waiting for priorization" status, this automation will continue with the creation of a card on the squad board cloning the incident

incident = service project

card = Software project

Here's a case i'm testing in a "homologation" environment.

this automation is working perfectly, and performing the linked issue as clone.

however, replicating the internal note does not always start when a new linked issue.

Hi @Mayki Gonçalves I don't have enough information to really know. But it might be that in the Rule Details, you are missing a check in the "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule.". 

If that is indeed the case, the comment will only be replicated if the comment is posted by a user, but not when the comment is posted by another automation rule. 

Another cause could be in the area of permissions; the Rule Actor might not have permission to comment in the target project. 

Just guessing things here. But maybe it helps. Cheers, Rik
