Reporting IT metrics in Jira

Hi,

I am trying to build IT metric reports in Jira.

What is the best way to start with the reports? Is there a plug in that might help?

Hi @Archana ,

What reports are you looking for? There are several default reports created in Jira Service Desk that measure metrics such as Created vs Resolved Issues, SLA % met, Types of Raised Issues etc.

There are definitely plugins that can add more reporting functionality but it depends on what's needed.

Thanks for responding.

For projects- I would like to see the hours logged by each user, Time taken to resolve each issue, Average time to resolve a ticket/issue, Trim the report further to department/component/label level.

These are a few that I would like to start with first.
