Requests Info-Screen

Heiko Lotz June 25, 2025

Hi there :-)

When a user submits a request, they can later display their requests in the support portal and filter them according to certain criteria (search field "Request contains ...", status, persons and request type). Can these filters be configured? Specifically: Customers should not see the selection list with the different request types.

On the Atlassian support page, there are only the filters Status, Request participants and a search field. The request type ist noit displayed.

I can configure the list view (i.e. the columns) but not the query type.

Hi @Heiko Lotz I was looking at Atlassian's Jira site and I think I found your request.

JSDCLOUD-10430 or JSDCLOUD-4090 if that is your issue, please vote for and watch it for further updates.

There were some others that might be similar out there as well.

Hope that helps.

Hey @Heiko Lotz ,

Currently, enhancing the filtering and search options is possible using a third-party app. You can check our app Advanced Portal Reports.  It provides your JSM customers with a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their requests, including any custom field and many additional details (like labels, SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI.

Cheers,

Elitsa

Hello @Heiko Lotz ,

That’s a very valid point about allowing configuration of the filter options. As far as I know, there’s currently no capability to edit or configure the filters.

Regards,

RJ
