Resolution Screen is not appear when reject or close issue

Hi,

I created resolution screen and it is working fine with certain projects normally, I configured the workflow to use it when reject or close an issue 

the issue that when I try to use it in another projects workflow it is not trigged !!!

and the issue is closed or rejected without triggers the screen which is already configured in the workflow

it sounds like you associated the screen with your transitions in the workflow, right? And despite that, the screen will not show up but the transition will be executed? Are there any differences between the rest of the setup of the transition in the different projects?

yes, this exactly what happen

yes, the transition executed and the screen not shown up 

No, there is no different in other projects 

How can I solve this or how from where I start troubleshooting?

can you attach screenshots of the configuration of the transition in general and the post functions? DId you compare the setup of the workflow/transition with the projects that are working as expected?
