Reverse proxy configuration

Hi,

When I configure my instanse on reverse proxy, I do not get any pages on portals. I added admin user to application server, I started to get the page but cannot see any ticket templates. I only see the search bar.

I checked the console and I see that I get 403. Can you help me to fix this problem.

When you say you use a reverse proxy can you confirm you used one of these guidelines?

If so, could you please share which one exactly? Are you using SSL termination at reverse proxy level for example?

Have you already checked the logs of proxy as well as Jira itself for suspicious entries?
