Risk Manager matrix or Table not working

Hi, 

I installed SoftComply Risk Manager and enabled Risk management for few projects.

But I get an error when trying to view Risk matrix or Table.

Appreciate any assistance

Each app has support section on the apps marketplace listing and you can find all the details to contact them under Support tab.
