Does Rovo have access to the JSM SLA APIs? I need my Rovo agent to retrieve this information for SLA monitoring.

Please take this with a pinch of salt. Rovo does not have direct access to the JSM SLA APIs, because Atlassian has not exposed SLA data through public REST APIs in a usable or supported way for third-party apps or external agents like Rovo. But I believe, Rovo can retrieve SLA information if you expose it in custom fields (using Automation or workflows). Or, you can use a Marketplace SLA app (e.g. Time to SLA) that provides SLA metrics that can be accessed via API.
