Hi, community. I have a question about charts. Have just started learning how to work with Jira Service Management. Can't understand, whether there are such things in Jira Service Management SLA as SLA Statuses Pie Chart, SLA Met vs Exceeded per Assignee?
Thanks for the answer in advance!
Hi Olha:
In JSM projects, you can take a look at the existing out of box reports (Click on "Reports" under the "Knowledge" section located on the project nav left pane). You can also create custom reports as related to the SLA topics.
Here are the links in regards to JSM reports for your reference -
Hope this helps.

Hi @Olha Onofriichuk_SaaSJet
If you're open to using add-ons, Old Street Solutions has a really cool one called Custom Charts that lets you build dynamic dashboards that you can filter on
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220925/custom-charts-for-jira-reports?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
So you could set up a report for Time to First Response SLA Breached etc and filter it by assignee
They also do a free offering for 10 users or less

Apart from the inbuilt project reports you can also add a gadget called "Service project report" that will give you couple of SLA based report.
In your JSM project report you can add a series for SLA met or breached further narrowed down to an assignee using a JQL.
I hope it helps.
