Dear Sir/Madam
May I know is it possible to configure SLA, goals and calendar based on different country's holidays on the same project?
For example, user A is having holiday on 1st April and SLA will be stop running to user A only. Other users who didn't observing that holiday, SLA will be work as usual.
Thank you.
Ken
Hi @Ken Loh
If you are okay with using third-party add-ons, specifically SLA Time and Report for Jira, here is a ready-made instruction for your case. It shows step-by-step how to set up SLA with calendars for all your teams with different time zones.
You can try the add-on with a 30-day trial. I'll be happy if this is useful for you.
P.S. Support for Atlassian Server products ends on February 15th, so if you plan to move to the Cloud, this app is for you.
Hi @Ken Loh
Please read this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-calendar/ which guides you on how to create specific calendars with specific holidays.
After creating the calendars you can set up SLAs with goals (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-edit-sla-goals/) based on these specific calendars. So you can achieve what you want.

I have managed to use JQL: "assignee in membersOf('team_ny')" to configure SLA based on different team.
Is there a way to copy SLA? Else I need to create same set of SLA.

@Ken Loh can't configure an SLA to a team. You configure SLA to a JQL (meaning to issues or issue types, or issues that satisfy certain conditions). What you did with the membersOf was great and your SLA will work only if you have set an assignee.
There isn't a way to copy SLAs. But if you want to add more goals to a specific SLA, then create a new goal https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-and-edit-sla-goals/

Thank you for your replied.
Do you know is there a way to setup calendar based on country except to enter it manually or import from ics?

@Ken Loh please take a look at this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-a-new-calendar/
While editing a new or existing SLA calendar, you can choose to add or import holidays. Holidays will prevent SLAs from running on a calendar.
