I'm trying to configure SLA based on due date, according example: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/example-creating-an-sla-based-on-due-date-956713305.html.
I specified next day due date, but when it is passed SLA is paused still. Is it bug or I'm doing something incorrect? If I change due date to past date manually SLA is starting. Completely do not understand.... maybe some project settings, services settings and etc.
I have Service Desk 3.15.0.
