Service Desks SLA's (Tier 1 and Tier 2) aren't displaying on a Kanban card layout since the 7.11.X release. Anyone else experiencing this?

It may be related to this bug: Customer Request Type does not show on board since both SLAs and Customer request type are Jira Service Desk fields. I would advise to vote for this bug to show you're impacted as well and to comment you're facing a similar issue with SLAs.
