SQL error when trying to clone (JSD Cloud)

I created another Service Desk project and when trying to clone an issue I get the following error message :

Cannot clone issue. Caught PSQLException for insert into "public"."AO_54307E_REQUESTTYPE_TO_ISSUE" ("ISSUE_ID", "PORTAL_KEY", "REQUEST_TYPE_KEY", "SEARCH_INDEX", "UPDATED_TIMESTAMP") values (?, ?, ?, ?, ?)


All mandatory fields have values in them.

Anybody know how to fix this issue?
