SSO OIDC error when authenticating

Hello all,

Our organization is currently attempting to set up SSO OIDC on our JSM Data Server instance. However, we are unable to successfully log on to the Atlassian side of the server when going through the SSO page. Our Azure admins can see that the account was authorized on the Azure side but we are getting the following error message:

We can't log you in right now

Please contact your administrator. Give them this error identifier:

f5d83bc3-50a4-4850-b288-c2da0a5cad36

Anyone else here had a similar experience?

Hi @Zeerak Khurshid

As @Joseph Chung Yin mentioned, the application logs should provide more info.

Also documentation to setup OIDC can be found here, are all the required steps taken?

Thank you all.

I have created a support ticket with Atlassian and sent along a support zip.

Will update here for anyone else who is experiencing this issue.

@Zeerak Khurshid -

You need to pull and review the system logs looking for the error identifier for more details.  If needed, you should create the support zip file and send it to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for their review and assistance on the logs.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
