Sending CSAT link via JIRA Automation to Slack

I've combined the two below and have been able to send the CSAT link as a direct message on slack via JIRA automation

However, trying to set a CSAT rating on the form that appears results in an error

Unable to save rating

We were unable to save your feedback rating. Reload the page and give it another try. If the problem persists please contact your Administrator.


My guess is something is wrong with the generated token/token saving process. Has anyone else tried to generate the feedback token on their own and make it work?

Solved with the help of Atlassian support.

I was using issue.key instead of issue.id as stated in the tutorial!

All working now, able to send the CSAT reminder via slack.
