Hi,
I integrated Service Desk with my custom email account. All works fine, except I do not know how can I change the email sender (from) to my custom email address.
When I receive the email the sender is someting like: jira@myappname.atlassian.net. I need to change it to my custom email address that I setup.
This is blocker to me.

For Jira Service Desk it's possible to change the "From" notifications, this is called Project email.
First, you need to create an organization and then verify a domain. After that, you will be able to change the email on Project settings > Notifications.

i took all the steps.
Could you guide me how to setup 'Project Email Address'? I have no idea how to do it.
The instructions end on verifying the DNS configuration. The verification is successfull. But it still does not work. Should I change some option somewhere in Service Desk? I tried to follow https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-email-notifications-776636790.html#Configuringemailnotifications-emailaddress but I can not see options metioned in the insttructions (Projects > Settings > Summary > Notifications ...).
Please help.

If the domain was already verified, now you can change the project email on Project settings > Notifications:
Click on > Add the custom email > Update.

I believe you are asking this for JSD cloud. From address for outgoing mails cannot be changed in jira cloud instances. There are several discussions on this topic. Please follow below link for one of it.
