When looking to configure the Service Desk widget, I click:
Settings>Widget
Unfortunately, I am presented with the following error message:
"We can't load the widget right now. Try again in a little while."
I have tried on numerous occasions which suggests it isn't time based but, is instead, a configuration issue. Any help resolving would be appreciated.
Hi @Tim Mierzwa , did you already tried what is mentioned on that answered question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Service-Desk-Widget-Doesn-t-Load/qaq-p/840910 ?
How do I Check if the system user Jira Service Desk Widget is active ?

looks pretty similar. @Angélica Luz can you help on this one please? It looks similar to an issue you solved a few months ago.

Hi @Magic Mike,
Thank you for reaching out!
I ran the same API POST call and it returned 200 as well. @Tim Mierzwa, can you please test the widget again?
Also, I saw that a ticket was created with our support about this issue, so if what I did doesn't resolve the issue, the support engineer will escalate the issue for the widget to be installed.
Regards,
Angélica
