I hope that someone could help me further here.
We got reports from customers that they are unable to share tickets with other customers.
However, when you enter the full email address there is no issue. Just searching on the name is not working. I thought
our settings are set up correctly.
I've attached some screenshots.
Sounds like a software issue. I'd open a support ticket and get their input.
On customer sharing, please could you choose the third option and see how it goes.
