Signatur for Customer answers

Is there a possibility to give a user a signature for customer replies like it is possible in Outlook?

Not exactly signatures, but on Jira server Agents have access to create canned responses and re-use them while replying to the customers. Canned responses for comments 

For Cloud, there is a feature request still in Progress: JSDCLOUD-631 

You can use an alternative addon like Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira
