Size of banner / Don't show Help center name & Front page title in JIRA Service Desk customer portal

1. What is the size (resolution) for banner will just fit in the format and have no cutting area, just perfect for customer portal? I uploaded 2048X384 which seems too big. 

2. Can I remove the "Show Help center name & Front page title ", the wording overlap my banner.
