Sort of priority groups

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering what are the sort criterias for the priority groups being displayed in the menu ? Can this be changed ? This should be a quite a simple thing I guess ... But I couldn't find anything about that.

I'm not talking about sort order of the queues.

Hi Norbert,

From my understanding you're trying to edit the order of your queues called NH Group X, Am I right? If so, I guess you can check this documentation here to know about how to change the order of the created queues: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-queues/

This is not the answer, it sorts the queues themselves, but not the NH Group X items. I've been looking all over because I have the same problem, seems like an oversight in functionality. 

It's not about ordering queues, it's about ordering the Priority Groups, or even giving them a default sorting method because it doesn't seem to be alphabeticcaly.

Yes, it's not about sorting the queues, it's about sorting the priority groups. First I thought it has something to do with the number of queues assigned to the priority group, but it doesn't. I can't see a pattern :-(

The "NH Group X" are not queues but priority groups.
