Status Colors(Blue or Gray) when SLA is paused/running

RenatoLL March 6, 2023

Hello friends,

Is there any standards to follow when talking about status colors?

For example
Blue color should be when SLA is running
And Gray when it is paused?

Or vice-versa?

Thank you Very much.

Hi @RenatoLL ,

currently you can't customize SLA colors. There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4535

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hello @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_

Thank you for your response.

I know i cant be customized.

But for SLA proposes, for example, should i use Gray (SLA paused) and Blue (SLA running) or vice versa.
Is there any recommended way to use them, on Service Management + SLA?

or something like Best practices

ITIL doesn't define specific best practice referring to colors.
